Location

Landhaus Anja is located 2.5 km south of Freudenstadt, in Lauterbad. This district captivates with its special charm. Quiet and idyllic location, bordering on forest and meadows, yet close to the city. Walks, hikes or bike rides can start directly from the house in all directions - as far as the feet carry.

In Lauterbad there are several good restaurants, which are within walking distance. About a walk through the cultivated palm forest, you are in half an hour in the city. Freudenstadt offers a lot of culture, good shopping, numerous restaurants and many attractions.

So whether you have a hunger for culture or a desire for sports or exercise, or simply the need for recreation - our region leaves nothing to be desired.

Relax and experience

In every season you will find a rich offer of leisure activities. We have our own small playground and a table tennis room with table football. In immediate vicinity is the wonderfully located 18-hole golf course.

The environment invites you to experience and discover nature. Everywhere you can find opportunities for jogging, hiking and cycling - preferably on forest and meadow paths.

The Freudenstädter Panoramabad (since 2018 with a large outdoor pool) offers a sport- and family-friendly bathing area with a separate, spacious sauna area. Special experiences (all free by the wax) are the Lothar path on the Schwarzwaldhochstraße, the magic land in the neighboring Lossburg, as well as the barefoot park in Hallwangen. Directly at the house you will find the ski lift Stokinger floodlit. In total there are about 100 km of groomed trails in and around Freudenstadt.

For larger excursions you can reach in about an hour's drive z. Strasbourg, Baden-Baden, Freiburg, Stuttgart or Lake Constance.
